Air conditioning of sanitaryware casting rooms

In hot, humid countries, ceramic sanitaryware production plants require air conditioning systems capable of evacuating internal humid air to guarantee controlled initial drying conditions and the well-being of operators.

In these countries, where temperatures are normally around 30°C, two different types of systems may be used to control the thermo-hygrometric parameters: either systems that only control humidity (ventilation) or solutions with a temperature management capability (air treatment units with heat generator). Both solutions greatly improve productivity and working conditions while the filtration systems also serve to purify the air.
